Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information, services and qualification questions you configure, and for complying with the messaging and privacy laws that apply to your customers.
Fees
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Implementation fees are quoted before work begins. Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice.
Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Third-party integrations are subject to their own availability.
