1. About these terms
These terms and conditions apply between you and Jaylen Mastroianni (the seller, trading as CleanPilot). By continuing to use the CleanPilot website and platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are using CleanPilot on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to bind that business to these terms, or that you are of legal age to agree to them yourself.
2. The service
CleanPilot provides an operations platform designed to help commercial cleaning businesses manage enquiries, quotes, customers, follow-ups and everyday communication. Access is granted to you under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for your own business use, within the plan you subscribe to.
3. Payments and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. Plan changes take effect immediately, with billing adjusted on a pro-rata basis.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service. This includes using it for unlawful purposes, fraud or spam, infringing intellectual property rights, or interfering with the security of the platform (including introducing malware, probing or scanning vulnerabilities, or scraping the service). You must not reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or attempt to circumvent technical limits of the platform.
5. Your account and content
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You retain ownership of your business data and customer records. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the service to you.
6. AI-generated output
CleanPilot uses AI to prepare suggested replies, follow-ups and summaries. You are responsible for reviewing and approving anything sent to your customers, verifying its accuracy, and ensuring you have the rights to any content you provide. We may moderate or restrict content and suspend accounts that misuse this capability.
7. Intellectual property
We retain ownership of the CleanPilot service and its intellectual property, including the software, documentation and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers that ownership to you.
8. Service level and warranties
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Third-party integrations are subject to their own availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. CleanPilot supports cleaning operations and communication. Results depend on your business, settings and connected services.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When your access ends, you may request an export of your business data for a reasonable period before it is deleted.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you have paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages such as loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
11. General
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria have jurisdiction over disputes. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not responsible for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
